React Job: Front End Developer

The Role & Responsibility

• Develop and maintain high-quality, efficient, and reusable React.js components for our application.
• Translate UI/UX design wireframes into responsive and visually appealing code that adheres to best practices and web standards.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend developers to ensure seamless integration and consistent user experience.
• Conduct regular code reviews and participate in agile development processes to improve code quality and maintainability.
• Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing necessary improvements.
• Stay current with the latest frontend technologies and industry trends to ensure our application remains cutting-edge and competitive.
• Participate in the planning and estimation of tasks and projects, assisting with technical documentation when required.
• Provide support and maintenance for existing applications, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of proven experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on React.js.
• Deep understanding of web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Proficient in CSS pre-processors like SASS or LESS and CSS frameworks like Bootstrap or Material-UI.
• Familiarity with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility issues.
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git, and agile development methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
• Experience with Three JS (WebGL) a plus
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and tools, such as Lighthouse, Webpack, or Chrome DevTools.
• Knowledge in cross-platform mobile app development (i.e. Flutter)
• Familiarity with modern frontend build pipelines and tools, such as Node.js, NPM, or Yarn.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
